Originally from the UK, Rob has over 15 years of experience in customer success. From managing high-end retail stores in Covent Garden, London, to managing enterprise accounts in SaaS, Rob’s seen it all when it comes to CS. After finishing his computer science degree, Rob moved to San Francisco to work as a Customer Success Manager. After his time as a CSM, he moved to Operations and eventually into the Director role here at OH. Rob is a firm believer in the methodologies of customer success and is also an advocate for professional development and internal growth.
