Role Overview
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our marketing team across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, is detail-oriented, and understands how to leverage analytics to improve results. You’ll help manage campaigns, publish content, and keep our digital marketing operations running smoothly.
This is a remote role, but working hours must overlap with Pacific Standard Time for meetings via Google Meet (on camera).
Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination & Project Support

Assist in managing digital marketing projects and campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely execution of tasks

Provide data entry and cleaning support to maintain accurate marketing databases

Support creation and updates of knowledge base articles
Paid Advertising

Assist in creating, optimizing, and managing:

Google Ads (SEM campaigns)

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads

Other platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest)

Monitor ad performance and prepare reports with recommendations

Bonus: Google Ads certification
CRM & Email Automation

Manage and optimize Mailchimp campaigns

Build and refine Mailchimp journeys & sequences

Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements
Website & SEO (WordPress)

Create and publish posts & pages in WordPress
-
Conduct keyword research and implement Yoast SEO recommendations

Maintain website content for accuracy and optimization
Social Media Support

Upload and schedule approved content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn

Research hashtags and craft captions to maximize engagement

Design and upload social cards and thumbnails

Monitor performance and report results
Reporting & Analytics

Use Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, and other tools to track campaign performance

Create reports highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights

Share learnings with the marketing team to continuously improve results

Required Skills & Experience

Marketing coordination and project management

Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEM)

Familiarity with CRM tools and email automation (Mailchimp preferred)

WordPress experience (content publishing, SEO best practices)

Social media scheduling, publishing, and reporting across multiple platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Data entry accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits
