Leading Bay Area Real Estate Photography and Marketing Company Looking for Photographers & Videographers! Currently we are looking for contract or full time photographers in the North Bay regions like Marin, Petaluma, Sonoma, Napa, wine country, etc.

Open Homes is the Bay Area’s leading real estate media and marketing company, producing thousands of photo and video assets each year for some of the region’s top agents, teams, and brokerages.
We’re looking for Top Visual Artists — highly skilled photographers and videographers who bring both creative vision and technical mastery to every shoot.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who value autonomy but also want steady, well-organized work that keeps their calendar full. If you’re already an expert behind the lens and want to collaborate with a company that respects your craft, time, and independence, we’d love to connect.
Additionally, we handle all of the booking, scheduling, client relations, and billing.
Twilight availability preferred!
Compensation: $100-350 per job contract, or salary DOE.
Requirements:
- Strong photography and composition skills
- Strong people skills and work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Professional full frame DSLR, wide angle lens, flash, and tripod
- Computer and smartphone
- Part 107 FAA License
- Reliable, professional, strong communication skills
- Availability minimum: 3-4 weekdays per week
- Living in or around the target areas listed above
Preferred Qualifications:
- Real Estate photography experience
- Tech savvy with knowledge of photographic software
- Experience with Drone/Aerial Photography
- Experience with Matterport 3D Photography
- Experience with Videography
