Bay East MLS and CCAR MLS both announce some policy initiatives about how they are interpreting the new A.B. 723 Law and how they’d like agents to comply.

Note that Bay East is currently considering sky replacements part of the “Altered Image” interpretation, however, the Bill’s author Gale Perrilin expressed that this was not the intended interpretation.
